These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Braidey (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to store or share unlawful, infringing, harmful or malicious content, or to violate the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the files and content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you share and the recipients you share it with.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly) through Razorpay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change with notice.
• You can cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Braidey is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data beyond our reasonable control.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
